SimPay supports cards from the largest issuers, including VISA, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, JCB, and American Express. Before starting cooperation, we conduct a special procedure to check if a store can start accepting card payments. In the first stage, SimPay's Risk Department analyzes the store and checks if card activation is possible. In some cases, the Risk Department may reject a store, but this happens very rarely. In such cases, suppliers can prepare suggestions for the store to adjust the site or offer to meet current requirements. It is important to remember that there are several industries considered prohibited by our suppliers. Stores operating in these industries are automatically rejected.
