Please carefully check the characters being entered, as most problems are due to misreading characters from the phone, e.g., S-5, Z-2, g-9, 0-O. Please also check if the ordered service has already been delivered. If further problems persist, please contact Customer Service.

For security reasons, Simpay has introduced daily and monthly limits on payment capabilities from one phone number. Within a day, a customer can make payments up to a total amount of 100 PLN net (123 PLN with VAT), which corresponds to 4 messages of 30.75 PLN with VAT. In a calendar month, the total payment limit is set at 500 PLN net (615 PLN with VAT), which corresponds to 20 messages of 30.75 PLN with VAT. All messages sent over the limit will not be processed, and the customer will receive a message informing them about the limit being exceeded.
